This clinic provides an interdisciplinary assessment service for patients with a significant risk of falls and mobility disorders. Staff members include a geriatrician, physiotherapist and an occupational therapist. Referrals are accepted from health professionals and from the community during business hours.

Western Health - Sunshine Hospital

Services include assessment and treatment of cardiac, respiratory, orthopaedic and neurological conditions and for those patients who require assessment / assistance with mobility problems. This includes service to children and to pre and post-natal women. Interventions may include gait training, techniques to improve respiratory capacity, provision of exercises, hydrotherapy and self-management programs.
