An 8-week group program is provided. The program combines education with exercise, and offers people with support to change their lifestyle. In order to participate, clients must undergo an individual cardiac assessment.

Echuca Regional Health

The Cardiac Rehabilitation Program is a 6-week program consisting of education, support and supervised exercise. 
Aimed at both disease prevention and cardiac rehabilitation. 

Suitable for: 
people who have had heart disease or heart surgery
people who have been identified with high cholesterol, high blood pressure, overweight, lack of fitness or diabetes
