Wellington (Sale) Head to Health

Psychologists and Mental Health Accredited Social Workers. Assessment and Therapy of clients over the age of 18 years. 

Services include: CBT, DBT (including DBT Skills Groups) Trauma-Focused CBT. 

Telehealth appointments by request.

Gippsland Psychology

We're a large team of Clinical & Generally Registered Psychologists & have professional comfortable rooms in Sale, (opposite the Hospital). We provide talking therapies (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ACT, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy DBT, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing EMDR) to adults. We offer individual and group therapies for mental health problems.
