Physiotherapists use a combination of functional assessments (how you move), subjective assessments (how you feel and what happened) and clinical tests (like x-rays) to determine the cause and best method of treatment. 

A combination of hands on treatment including massage mobilisation and dry needling with stretching, strengthening and education to treat the cause and prevent re-occurrence.

Julie Forsyth has a special interest in Sport and Dance injuries and all Soft Tissue and Joint pain. She has accomplished her Post-Graduate training in Fitness and holds the Title of Exercise Specialist. She is a Member of Sports Medicine Australia. Julie has a strong interest in Work, Health and Safety injuries including liaison with employers and RTW co-ordinators. Happy to serve the Medowie community since 2002.
