Education Drug Diversion Intervention Team (EDDIT) provides outreach early intervention services to children and young people between the ages of 10 and 30 years where there is a risk of drug use. This includes families where the parent is drug using. See website link for further information available: EntryProcedures All referrals to this part of the program is through the Police Drug Diversion Line. The service works from a harm minimization perspective, supporting the young person to make their own choices about their drugs use and any potential change and the service is delivered in the context of a co-morbidity framework. EDDIT also works at addressing the underlying issues that relate to offending and the impact this has on the individual, family, community and criminal justice system.

Centacare Catholic Family Services

ADAC helps communities deal with the problems associated with substance misuse and develops health promotional materials. Makin Tracks mobile team of educators help communities develop strategies to prevent petrol sniffing, alcohol and other drug misuse and help communities who are already having problems because of substance misuse. ADAC provides responses to a range of state and national committees and strategies,  undertakes research on its own and in collaboration with various universities and key national research organisations.

Aboriginal Drug And Alcohol Council (SA) Inc

ADAC has been incorporated as an Aboriginal controlled, state based organisation to provide development of policy and advice to the ADAC Council, the wider community and relevant Government agencies, assist in the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of substance misuse programs and provide support to Aboriginal substance misuse programs on an ongoing basis.

Kumangka provides a drug and alcohol diversion service to Aboriginal youth to combat drug and alcohol issues. Through counselling, Kumangka monitors the youth, as well as monitoring through the police and other services. Kumangka provides information (e.g. pamphlets and fliers) on drug and alcohol issues. Kumangka also can escort clients to hospital, as well as refer and report to appropriate agencies and services.: EntryProcedures Referral can come through a number of ways including police who have obtained/arrested the youth on drug charges. Kumangka can be the step between the police arrest and court for the youth. Families. Kumangka can provide conflict resolution between youth and parents.

Life Education SA Inc

Life Education South Australia (LESA) is a charity that is a community-based, independent organisation at the front line of positive and preventative drug and health education. Approximately 50,000 children take part in the preschool, primary and secondary programs each year.

Obstetric Unit provides consultation, liaison, client advocacy, education, clinical assessment and treatment for substance-using women prior to and during pregnancy, and in the postnatal period at the Women's and Children's Hospital.
