Services include mental health referrals, emotional support and practical resources to assist young pregnant women and mother.

General counselling, specialising in Emergent Mindfulness (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) in Stress Management; and Addictions Counselling, Relationship Counselling and Conflict Resolution and Family Therapy. 

Home visits available only for housebound clients.

Personal funding: Fee waivers may be available for clients from indigenous backgrounds.

Emergent Mindfulness Centre

Counselling is offered to individuals, couples, families or groups to help them with problems that they facing, such as Stress, Depression and Anxiety, Low Self Esteem, Family and Relationships. Counsellors offer a safe and comfortable space, listening to and encouraging clients to think clearly about their problems. Counsellors build trust and respect and let clients talk freely about things that they may not feel able to talk about with friends and family.

Pelican Arts is located in Mildura, Victoria, and run by local Social worker, Artist and Art Therapist Kate Cotching. We provide art therapy for individuals and groups, as well as supportive visual art workshops that focus on well-being and community spirit.
