PATH Inc is a long-established community-based organisation that provides advocacy, support and information. We assist people who have any form of disability, as well as their carers, families and friends with an emphasis on:

Assisting parents and carers to develop skills and confidence to support their family member living with a disability. Other programs to support the emotional and social wellbeing of individuals and families are offered in the Sydney metropolitan area and in the Hunter and Central Coast.

Newpin Father's Centre - Bidwill

HECIS is an Early Childhood Intervention service that provides assessment and referral for children 0-6 years in the Hawkesbury LGA. We provide an Itinerant Early Intervention Teachers who support children in their early childhood setting or home environment and we also run an Additional Needs Playgroup at our service. HECIS is a free service.

Junaya provides case management and groups for pregnant women and women with families

Groups include:
Children behaviour management for parents
Caring for kids with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Positive Parenting program
Aboriginal women experiencing domestic violence
Case Management is open to any parent as
long as Department of Families and Community Services (FACS) do not have of children.
Transport can be provided to the women in the Aboriginal group

Support groups including grief support and the 'My Time' group for parents with children with a disability/chronic illness (in partnership with Playgroup NSW and the Parenting Research Centre Vic).Call for more information

Hazelbrook Head Office

Cerebral Palsy Alliance - Prairiewood

Provides support to school aged children, aged 6-18 years, with a primary physical disability and to their families, through social work and occupational therapy support. 
Social work services - information and referral, advocacy, case management and support with applications for funding. 
Occupational therapy services - assessment and prescription for equipment, assessment and recommendations to address access issues at home and school to promote independence, participation and inclusion.
