A weekly one hour aquaerobics session for senior Italian speaking women is conducted by a qualified physiotherapist. Tea/coffee is provided after the class with  information/social support time. Uniting Communities' North East Networks provides services to people with brain injuries to re-establish their social networks or to build new ones, addressing the feeling of social isolation that commonly follows brain injury rehabilitation. Low Level Packages - East, North, West And South

This informal group is for people with early stage memory loss or dementia and their family member, friend or support person, to meet others at a café to chat with people with similar experiences. The group is facilitated by ECH staff and held at the Avenues Café in Stepney on the third Wednesday of the month. No fee to attend, however a hot drink and cake deal is offered by the café at $6.50. There is no age limit or regional boundaries.

Holiday Explorers provides holidays with a wide range of activities for people with intellectual disability from 16 to 100 years of age. We provide support to enable real choice, engagement and participation in the community. We assist carers by giving them a break while their family member is away with us. Coordinated from the central office in Beulah Park (SA), small groups (between 4 – 8 people) holiday to destinations all over South Australia, interstate and overseas.

Women's Community Centre SA Inc

Social luncheons and recreational programs for Italian speakers are provided weekly, including Tai Chi, card games, music, tombola and craft. CIC is supported by and welcomes volunteers who offer their time, expertise and skills in supporting welfare and other programs. See website for further information.

Coordinating Italian Committee

The Teen Companion program links a volunteer with a young person who has an intellectual disability. Our Teens are young people aged 13-20 years, live in the Adelaide metro area, have an intellectual disability, autism or asperger's syndrome and would like to out, have fun and share experiences.
