Offer counselling service  targeting binge eating, counselling pre and post bariatric surgery, self-esteem issues, mental health and menopause, parenting stress, relationship stress, trauma, and anxiety. Utilising emotion focused therapy (EFT), somatic approaches, internal family systems (IFS), and others as appropriate.

Deeper Perspectives Counselling

Dani is a Psychotherapist working with adults. She is registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA). She works from a person-centred approach and provides trauma informed therapy. Dani works in a collaborative manner with her clients to reach their goals. She uses a range of evidence-based practices and uses an integrative model of care, going beyond symptom management, addressing the root cause of the issue.
