Primary Health Service at GP Plus Health Care Centre Marion have a specialised service prioritised for those with the greatest need. 

We are able to see those individuals who are considered HIGH RISK due to an underlying medical condition. 

We also have service provision for vulnerable population groups. Services we provide include diabetes foot health assessment and education, high risk foot care, and manufacture of pressure-relieving (accommodative) orthotic devices.

A health professional referral is required for clients wishing to access the service for an initial podiatry assessment.

Our service offers diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of medical conditions of the feet and lower limbs. We specialise in the diagnosis of common skin and nail pathologies, as healthy feet are so important for maintaining mobility. We provide routine nail care and monitoring of foot health, prioritising people who are considered to be at risk, in particular those with vascular problems and diabetes. We do require a referral from a GP for podiatry services.
