Nyngan's Community Health Physiotherapy Department is an outpatient service to treat musculoskeletal injuries, orthopaedic and sporting injuries, paediatric musculoskeletal conditions, acute and chronic respiratory conditions, health issues relating to pregnancy such as back pain and pelvic floor issues, and also provides assessments of orthopaedic surgical patients. Using various plasters, braces and splints and stretches and an OA ortho exercise group, it works to prevent hospital admissions.
