The Joint Child Protection Response Program (JCPRP) is a multi-disciplinary response to child abuse and neglect by the NSW Department of Communities and Justice, the NSW Police Force and NSW Health. The program provides a comprehensive and coordinated safety, criminal justice and health response to children and young people who have been subjected to sexual abuse, serious physical abuse or serious neglect.


Dubbo Community Health Centre - Joint Investigation Response Team Service

Child Protection Counselling Services provide specialist trauma-informed intervention services to children and young people up to 18 years old and their families. Services include counselling and therapy, group work, support for carers, support and advocacy, education for health staff and community education. Referrals to Child Protection Services can only be made by Department of Communities and Justice, NGOs providing OOHC case management and NSW Health Services.
