Our team of psychologists use a mix of therapies including ACT, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused counselling. These therapies are not only evidence-based, but also based on our practitioners’ successful use of them throughout their years of practice. We use these therapies in a safe and confidential environment to give you the skills and insight to assist in dealing with painful thoughts or maladaptive behaviours, and to ensure you live a rewarding and fulfilling life.

Medicare ineligible asylum seekers, and asylum seekers with Medicare but limited or no income and newly arrived refugees (where capacity)

Referral process: drop-ins welcome. 

Intake assessment completed by a practice nurse, social worker or mental health nurse.
