Communities for Children (CfC) is a ‘place based’ initiative funded by the Department of Social Services. Swan CfC is delivered by Ngala as the Facilitating Partner delivering the Communities for Children initiative within the Swan Local Government Area.

Parenting Support/Long day Care, The Perth Airport ELDS was opened by in September 2010 and is located in the business precinct at the Perth domestic airport terminal. This is a long day child care service catering for 97 places for children aged between 6 weeks and 6 years of age. The site is a purpose built child care facility with 5 rooms which cater to age groups Babies, Toddler 1, toddler 2, pre-kindy and Kindy.
