A 24 hour support program for people living with dementia who have a carer and remain living in the community. Both planned and emergency respite is available. Extends the availability of flexible individually focused respite for carers. Also respite for carers where the person they care for can attend for the day/evening and/or overnight. The day program includes social activities based on participants interests. The service is for those with cognitive impairment or a diagnosis of Dementia.

Helping with mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, grief and loss and diagnosed mental illnesses. Support group members can share their problems, learn how to re-build their lives and report on their own progress. The program focuses on changing negative thinking and behaviour, and develop understanding, acceptance, and confidence.

We have lots of different groups - and we hope there is one just right for your or your loved one to mix with other people, joining in a small group and enjoy all sorts of activities and outings.  Some of the most popular activities are our music program with Ben Costanzo which is enjoyed by all groups at different times, luncheons, coffee outings, movie days, information sessions and other relaxing activities like playing cards and pool, board games and arts and crafts.
If you want to try it out first that's ok, we will have a chat with you to find out which group or groups you might like best, and come along on that day and see what you think. 
If we cant help you with a group we might be able to assist you in another way through our access and support program.  If you are a seniors group for people from our ethnic communities there are ways we can help you. Perhaps we can support you through one of our existing groups or it might be time for us to start up a group here, we want to hear from you
