Emotional support provided and volunteer interpreters are available. Court Support provides a companion for victims who are attending court either as a witness of a crime or to apply for a personal protection order. Support staff may have legal training but do not act as a solicitor. No Legal Service is provided. Vocal provides assistance as needed with attendance to various appointments related to the crime and assistance to compile/obtain/read relevant document to apply for victims.

Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) via GP's mental health plan, Approved Counsellor (NSW Victim Services) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) Therapist. Seeing people in-person at Surry Hills near Central Station (Sydney) and also available via Telehealth (video/telephone).
