Calls are received Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 8am-12pm.

Tommy Smart (Clinical Psychologist) provides individual therapy for adults. Therapy sessions are available face to face or via telehealth (video or phone). Each therapy session is 60 minutes. Therapeutic models include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). Ongoing therapy sessions can be arranged on a weekly, fortnightly, or needs basis.
