People Skills Counselling & Training

She Counselling is a private counselling practice located in Bowral in the beautiful Southern Highlands of New South Wales. Services are available in office and via telehealth to women over 18 years of age, Australia wide.

We provide support specific to domestic violence, separation/divorce and single parenting and we are a client centred practice with an emphasis on ‘client as expert’. This means we believe you are the expert on you, you know yourself better than anyone else.

Counselling Southern Highlands is staffed by Ramsay Everingham & Jillian Mercieca who are supervised by David 'Bhakti' Gotlieb, who has 40 years experience and is the founder of Healing Inner Conflict (HIC) which provides simple and effective methods of being able to deal with inner and outer conflicts. They can teach you, in a very short period of time, how to intervene internally in an effective way to bring about real change.

Counselling Southern Highlands

This practice is focused on supporting individuals, couples and families to manage a broad range of concerns including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, puerperal/perinatal mental health, bereavement, post-traumatic stress disorder, domestic violence, eating disorders, self harm, stress management, self-esteem, assertiveness and confidence building, relationship difficulties as well as child behavioural and emotional difficulties, sexualised behaviour and attachment issues.

Karen R. Geaney - Individual, Couple & Family Therapy

Offers counselling and psychotherapy for adults, children, and couples. Addresses trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, unrealised hopes and dreams, employment, conflict, sexuality, anger, life transitions, long term chronic stress, self esteem, confidence issues, neurodiversity including ADHD, Asperger's and ASD. 

Laura Wilson Psychotherapy

This counselling service can provide support for the following areas: Depression, anxiety and worry Overwhelming anger or emotions Low self-esteem or lack of confidence Feelings of emptiness or lack of purpose Feelings of being stuck, confused or frustrated Expatriate/relocation issues Workplace related issues.  Consultations available in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
