Nurses can help you with health assessments, health information, referrals to services and support to match your needs. Most nursing services at cohealth are bulk billed. Nursing services are based in cohealth clinics, however some nursing service can also visit you if needed.

cohealth - Kensington

Providing comprehensive client focussed assessment and appropriate care planning. Client-centred goal setting with realistic and appropriate time frames. Provision of evidence based care including self management services, general support, referral and advocacy. Collaborative interaction with all stakeholders  to ensure appropriate  and timely discharge planning.

Merri Health - Brunswick

Domiciliary nursing seven days a week with a primary nurse who speaks Hungarian, German & Romanian.

Baptcare Community Nursing Service

Dermatology Nurse Practitioner available.
