Dr Gordon is a specialist General Practitioner who has undergone further training to be an Accredited Skin Cancer doctor with the Skin Cancer College of Australasia. He has completed postgraduate studies in the fields of child health, dermatology and aesthetic medicine.

Cairns Skin Centre was established in February 2015 to focus on skin-related medical conditions. It is the first practice in Australia to offer the services of a consultant dermatologist, skin cancer doctors, cosmetic physicians, and clinics for leg veins and laser procedures.
