We value trust and collaboration with clients. We believe that a warm environment promotes open conversation and healing. Our ‘Person-Centred Approach’ addresses our client's unique needs. We use a handful of modalities & therapeutic interventions to help in the healing process. Through psychoeducation programs, we provide pertinent information and assistance to families, schools, and the community. Together, we can achieve positive mental health goals and bring about healing and change.

Paediatric & Family Therapy

We follow a person-centred approach to counselling, focusing on the unique needs of our clients. We use a handful of modalities & therapeutic interventions to assist in the healing process. We also provide therapeutic support to NDIS participants who are plan- or self-managed.
