Bendigo Health - Campaspe

Provides assessment and treatment for frail aged and disabled clients with bladder, bowel and general continence issues. Services available:  -- General information  -- Confidential assesment and treatment  -- Catheter Management  -- Advice about continence products, including accessing funding sources when eligible  -- Education and follow up for clients after discharge from hospital -- Community education sessions 

Short term intervention designed to assist patients to recuperate following an acute or subacute hospital admission.  This care may include, for example, home help, personal care, delivered meals, respite care and home nursing.
