The aim is to ensure families and carers of people living with a mental illness receive appropriate support, information, education and skill development to fulfill their caring role, while maintaining their own health and well being. Services include Carer Education and Training, Information and referral, and Support Groups for Carers. 

Mission Australia Family and Carer Mental Health Program - Lismore

MyTime peer support groups are for anyone caring for a child with a disability or chronic medical condition ages 0-16years of age. This is a government funded service and is free to eligible families.

Our Social Support Program promotes independence to enhance the quality of life for people who are socially and geographically isolated and live in the Byron Shire.
Priority for our Social Support program is given to people with functional difficulties caused by age or disability and socially isolated due to
