* Blood Pressure checks
* Body Mass Index readings

* Medication Reviews

The team aims to assist you with your understanding of diabetes and managing.

The National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS) delivers diabetes-related products at subsidised prices and provides information and support services to people with diabetes. Registration is free and open to all Australians diagnosed with diabetes. The NDSS is an Australia Government initiative, administered by Diabetes Australia.
