QEC's Early Parenting Services offer programs for families with children from birth up to the age of four. Services Provided: Early Parenting Advice, Residential Programs, PASDS and Day Stay. Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies- this one-on-one program provides support and education to vulnerable pregnant women who need additional help to improve their health and the health of their babies.
