St Mary's Medical Clinic

Provides expertise in the assessment and management of psychological syndromes and disorders, and consultation to a wide range of inpatient and outpatient programs within Western Health for children and adults. Provides information and advice to patients, carers and other involved parties regarding psychological conditions and their management, and contributes to the overall management of patients in conjunction with the multidisciplinary teams involved with a patient.

Western Health - Sunshine Hospital

Undertakes specialist cognitive, developmental and behavioural assessment of children and adolescents, diagnoses neuropsychological disorders, formulates management plans and undertakes counselling where appropriate. Information, advice, and support are provided to patients, carers, staff and other relevant parties (eg. general practitioners, teachers etc) in regards to neuropsychological syndromes and their management.

Gap fee for (lower fee for health care card holders - psychologists also registered for ATAPS referrals (no fee for low income))

Healthy Minds Psychological Services - St Albans

Services include counselling, assessment and psychotherapy for a range of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder and psychosis offered in house and outreach. Approaches include supportive psychotherapy, crisis intervention, cognitive behaviour therapy, art therapy, skills training, psycho education, relaxation training. 

This clinic doesn't accept walk-in only via appointment Saturday and after hours appointments by arrangement.

Services include: Worksite assessment and return to work planning, Functional capacity evaluation, Risk assessment, analysis and control, Work hardening, Pre-employment screening, Multi-disciplinary pain management for private and compensable patients Sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy with a special interest in low back and shoulder pain informed by our ongoing research program Psychology services for private and compensable patients
