A confidential and sensitive service is provided by an Accredited Female Nurse who is available at the Centre for pap testing. Results can be forwarded to the client's General Practitioner to ensure continuity of care. The service is available at the Centre of Community Health, one Friday a month, by appointment.

The role encompasses health promotion, screening and direct clinical services, support, advocacy and referral. Services are provided across a woman's lifespan and are not solely concerned with reproduction.
