Continence Nursing Service. 

The service is available, by appointment, to residents of Yarriambiack Shire and patients, residents and clients of Rural Northwest Health to assist those living with incontinence (the inability to control the bladder or bowel), their families and carers.

The service provides strategies to manage incontinence, the use of aids and products for every day continence management and funding options.

Assists people with incontinence (inability to control the bladder or bowel), their families, and carers in understanding and managing incontinence.

The service assists people with information on aids, appliances and education in correct use and care of these appliances.

West Wimmera Health Service - Goroke Campus

Grampians Health Edenhope

The continence nurse assists people of all ages with urinary and faecal incontinence, voiding and bowel difficulties.  Services are also provided to children with bedwetting or incontinence associated with a disabilitiy.  The service provides assessment, education, referral & ongoing management.
