I am a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association. Working from a person-centred approach I work with clients and draw from a diverse range of evidence-based frameworks. 

Areas of interest: Anxiety, Depression, Cross-cultural issues, Family of origin, Work related issues and stress management, Career development, Attachments and relationships, Grief and loss, Trauma, Chronic illness.

Counselling sessions are available by appointment online or in person in Ryde.
