Aquatic therapy is a pool-based program. Specifically targeted programmes may help children with developmental needs, sensory processing issues, motor coordination or pain. Aquatic therapy can support children to improve motor skills, manage sensory needs, develop social skills, and to develop leisure and recreation skills. Therapy is offered individually, in small groups, or parent-child focused sessions. Medical clearance/information is required for all participants.

Repat Health Precinct Hydrotherapy Pool can be utilised by Repat Health Precinct patients and through the Community Pool Access Program. This program is for independent aquatic exercises only and no professional advice is available. Participants must be able to enter and exit the pool independently via the steps without assistance and be independent with changing or arrange for a carer/family member to assist. Lifeguards are present to monitor participant safety.
