Bundaberg Consumer Advisory Group Inc is the Formal Mechanism' for consumer and carer involvement and input into the Mental Health Service for Bundaberg and District. It's aim is to promote consumer and carer empowerment within mental health.'

Offers information, practical support, guidance and friendship to people who are dealing with the daily challenges of living with lymphoedema. Some financial assistance may also be available to assist with the purchase of compression garments.  

We meet only every second month, on a Monday, from 9.30am to 11.30am

Support group for people with a diagnosis of breast cancer. Individual support apart from meeting.

Bosom Buddies

The Older - Wiser - Stronger program offers a practical and emotional support service to men where the support worker can facilitate groups or meet with individuals to provide support in a variety of ways depending on the problems men are experiencing. These may be such things as Parenting issues, feelings of loneliness and isolation, financial pressures, stress, anger in relationships.

Supports the communities, families and individuals through practical & emotional support to those experiencing various problems.  Also providing parenting support and behaviour management. Works in collaboration on health education and promotion with the DCCHS team.
