We have a dedicated social worker and Counsellor who is able to help with general counselling, emotional support and referral to services.

Our team of Social Workers and Counsellors, focus on 'Proactive, Preventative and Early Interventions' in the areas of chronic conditions; young people and their families; mild to moderate mental health problems.

The service is free for clients who fit the eligibility criteria.
