The podiatrists at Wagga Foot Clinic understand the importance of keeping feet healthy and pain free from toddlers through to adults. The patient's feet and gait are assessed (using a state-of-the-art foot pressure platform available at the main Wagga Clinic), and the most appropriate treatment suggested. Gait analysis can help identify balance issues and help with falls prevention. Neurovascular assessments and the monitoring of diabetic patients is an integral part of the practice. Footwear and orthoses can be assessed to alleviate any leg and foot pain, and hence maximise mobility. Shockwave therapy has been added to the range of treatments. Wagga Foot Clinic has the latest PACT treatment for fungal nails, and nail bracing as an alternative to nail surgery for ingrown toenails. Getting corns and calluses treated can give the relief needed.
Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) and Dept of Veteran Affairs (DVA) referrals accepted.
