Cowra Community Health consists of a 
Multidisciplinary team for Nursing and Allied 
Health staff that provide a variety of health 
promotion and clinical services to patients
 in the Cowra Shire Council area.

Grenfell Health Service

Service supports the community by allowing a scheduled booked procedure to be conducted in a clinical facility by registered nursing staff. Any doctor can refer to this clinic. Some of the procedures conducted include ECG's pre operatively and routine. Pathology, SPC and IDC catheter changes, PICC line dressings, some IVI and IMI medications and some wound care.

Grenfell Multi Purpose Service Ambulatory Procedure Clinic

Aims to promote independent living. Some of the services they can support with include - Health assessments - Palliative Care - Care co-ordination and advocacy - Health monitoring - Short term care after discharge from hospital - Diabetes education - Medication assistance and supervision - Wound management - Carer Support. Priority of care is aimed at people who are frail, aged, disabled, have a chronic illness and carers.
