Provision of psychological services and treatment to adolescent, adults and older adults. Therapeutic modalities include cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and dialectical behaviour therapy.

Jenna Wilson Psychology

Comprehensive clinical psychology practice for adults over 18 yrs. This service is
located within Hills St Sports Medicine which is the main practice location.

Calls are received Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 8am-12pm. 

Dillwyn Bartholomeusz - Clinical Psychologist

Tommy Smart (Clinical Psychologist) provides individual therapy for adults. Therapy sessions are available face to face or via telehealth (video or phone). Each therapy session is 60 minutes. Therapeutic models include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). Ongoing therapy sessions can be arranged on a weekly, fortnightly, or needs basis.

Individual and group psychological therapy services, as well as neurofeedback (EEG biofeedback). All mental health 'diagnoses' and across the lifespan. I work within a framework of Contextual Behavioural Science, including particularly ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). Collaborative care with other health practitioners is a priority for me.
