Jaqueline Dobie Counselling - Macedon

Counselling for adults with a range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, family breakdown, stress and change.

Care Counselling

General Counselling service is available from Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5pm. It supports people with concern or issues relating to: family relationships,
depression and anxiety, separation, grief and loss.

Youth counselling is also available to young people aged 13-24 years, living in Sunbury, Bulla or Diggers Rest, who are experiencing anxiety or depression and are currently disengaged from education and employment.

This psychology service provides a client-centred approach using evidence-based practice. A range of psychological therapies may be used including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Dialectical Behaviour Therapy; Humanistic; In Vivo Exposure Therapy; Interpersonal; mindfulness; Psychotherapy; Solution-Focused Therapy.
