Cardiac rehabilitation can help you recover from a recent heart event (e.g. heart attack) or surgery and can also help to prevent future heart problems. We support your recovery and work with you to improve your confidence with heart health management.

If you are interested ask your hospital cardiologist, cardio-thoracic surgeon or GP for a referral.

* Program runs for six sessions, conducted over three weeks: Monday and Wednesday afternoons, 2-4PM

Greek PRONIA Home Care Packages Program - Northern Region

The Cardiac Rehabilitation program - run through the St Vincent's Health Restoring Health Program (Program 1) - operates over a period of 14 weeks.
The Cardiac Rehabilitation Program (Program 2) - run through the Physiotherapy Department - operates over a period of 8 weeks.
