The Diabetes Education service supports you to gain the knowledge you need to manage your diabetes properly. We work with people who are at risk of developing diabetes or who have pre-diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, and Type 1 Diabetes as well as the family and carers of people with diabetes.

The diabetes education service offers education and advice to help manage Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes.

Diabetes education is provided on a 1:1 basis and /or as group education sessions at the Living Well with Diabetes course which is run regularly throughout the year.
