ADHD and executive function coach.
For adults with ADHD, assists with goal development and action plans, to achieve short and long-term objectives within personal, professional, and social life. Assists with planning, organisation and time management challenges and provide education about ADHD.
For teenagers, assistance with executive function challenges, including time management, planning and prioritising.
Also provides coaching for parents of children diagnosed with ADHD.

People who access the service can receive a one-on-one counselling session focusing on addressing an immediate concern, as well as receive information and advice on continuing to seek support.
