There are 9 beds for older people that require a high level of care. Elmhaven has 15 beds for older people who require a low level of care. The Tumby Bay Hospital is part of the Lower Eyre Health Service. We provide emergency services, general medicine, diagnostic radiology and outpatient department. Our hospital includes a modern 48 bed complex complete with high dependency unit, renal dialysis and operating facilities. The Port Lincoln Community Health Service works in partnership with the acute services and other providers to promote, maintain and restore the health and wellbeing of residents of Port Lincoln and the surrounding area.

We are a 20 bed health unit serving Kimba and the surrounding rural community. There are 12 beds for patients receiving active medical treatment and 8 aged care beds. We also have an 11-bed hostel for older people with a low level of needs for care and 8 independent living units.

Kimba District Hospital and Aged Care

This 20-bed hospital provides acute and aged care. We serve the District Council area of Franklin Harbour, and the surrounding rural community. There is a 10-room hostel for people with a low level of needs for care adjoining the main hospital.

Cowell District Hospital and Aged Care

The Ceduna District Health Service (CDHS) has 15 acute beds and 38 combined high and low care Multi-Purpose Site (MPS) beds, a Palliative Care suite, a Day Procedure with four chairs which converts into the Chemotherapy Unit, a two-chair dialysis unit, and a 10 bed Step-Down Unit
