Andrea and Herbie have extensive experience supporting clients living with impacts from grief, complex trauma, living in care, sexual abuse, dissociation, self-harm and suicidality. Our services can be claimed through Medicare (with GP referral), private health funds and NDIS. Appointments without referral welcomed.

AT My Place Counselling and Psychotherapy

Lived Experience Solutions (LEXs) provides online grief and loss support for adults experiencing bereavement, significant life transitions, or cumulative loss. The service is led by an award-winning Accredited Social Worker and offers trauma-informed, culturally responsive support that recognises the personal and social impact of grief. Sessions are delivered by appointment via secure video.

Provides free and confidential, nation-wide counselling and support for war and service-related mental health conditions, such as posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, sleep disturbance and anger. Support is also available for relationship and family matters that can arise due to the unique nature of the military lifestyle.
