- Self management education for clients newly diagnosed with Type 1 and 2 Diabetes, Gestational Diabetes and Impaired Glucose Tolerance.
- Ongoing monitoring and management of people with Diabetes through the outpatient clinic.
- Outreach services to Lockington Bush Nursing Centre.
- Initial education and reviews of Inpatients of Echuca Regional Health.
- Diabetes education for community groups.
- Information and resources for health promotion and illness prevention.

Diabetes Education Service delivered by Credentialled Nurse Educator provide consumers with individual assessment, education and group programs aimed at increasing diabetes self management skills.
