Holistically You

headspace Tamworth is a youth mental health service supporting young people aged 12 to 25 in the Tamworth region. The centre provides free and confidential support across a range of areas including mental health, physical health, alcohol and other drugs, and vocational services. Services are designed to be accessible, inclusive, and youth-friendly, with a focus on early intervention and holistic wellbeing.

The Carers support group meet every third Wednesday of the month The New England Carer's Support Service offers counselling, support information and advocacy along with a monthly newsletter and support group meeting.

Carers NSW / Carer Gateway

HealthWISE New England North West provides a variety of free mental health services across the region to eligible clients funded by HNECC PHN. Including, Women experiencing perinatal depression, people identifying as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander experiencing depression and anxiety, people at moderate risk of suicide or self-harm and children aged 0-13 with a focus on 8 to 12-years-old depression and/or anxiety. Referral into most of these programs is by way of GP referral.
