Entry Requirements
This service is only available to Aboriginal individuals. Clients can access the service by walking in to the clinic, phoning or through referrals.

The Moorditj Djena team includes Aboriginal health professionals, podiatrists and diabetes educators. Free clinics at Ashfield, Balga, Cullacabardee, Ellenbrook, Girrawheen, Joondalup, Koongamia, Merriwa, Midland, Mirrabooka and Nollamara.
