We offer our clients evidence based psychological support, with the intention of fostering meaningful insight in order to help people create lives worth living. We provide therapeutic services to children (10 yrs +), adolescents and adults who present with a range of mental health conditions, under Medicare referrals, private clients and NDIS. Megan Eyb

Tommy Smart (Clinical Psychologist) provides individual therapy for adults. Therapy sessions are available face to face or via telehealth (video or phone). Each therapy session is 60 minutes. Therapeutic models include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). Ongoing therapy sessions can be arranged on a weekly, fortnightly, or needs basis.
