I have worked with women and families since the 1980's.  I have provided assessment and therapeutic role with children and their families/carers who have experienced violence, abuse, neglect and trauma.

During the program you are guided into a state of deep relaxation. Through your subconscious mind, you will move past the traumatic event and overcome the stress and anxiety that has been plaguing you. You are capable of removing all anxieties in relation to the traumatic event that occurred in your life.

The Rewind Technique, refined and promoted by The Human Givens Institute, is a highly effective method of giving a traumatised client an opportunity to review their memories from an entirely disassociated relaxed perspective.

The traumatic event is experienced 'in reverse'. This is such an unusual way of processing the memory that it has the effect of taking out the fear element. Nobody has a fear of things that happen in reverse.

With the use of electroencephalogram (EEG), the optimum relaxation state is determined where hypnosis can be used to have maximum effect to ease the terror in your mind and enhance your natural abilities. The therapy is not traumatic and we do not in fact even need to know the details of what happened to you. Virtual Reality Therapy is then used to further cement the removal of the trauma and lock the changes into the subconscious mind. 

Hypnosis session will provide you with powerful stress reduction exercises; these are recorded so you can replay recordings of these exercises daily or as often as needed after leaving the treatment session. The program is perfectly safe and results are very quick.
