Right at Home North Queensland provides quality in-home care and support services for older Australians and those recovering from surgery or illness. Our local care teams deliver personalised services that promote independence, and wellbeing at home. Support may include personal care, domestic assistance, nursing services, respite for carers, companionship and help with everyday tasks. Services are available through Support at Home programs or private pay arrangements, depending on client needs.

You can call the Adverse Medicine Events Line for independent, accurate and evidence-based information if you suspect that your medicine is causing a problem. This is not an emergency line. It operates every day 9am–5pm AEST (except on NSW public holidays).

Pharmacist-led telehealth service. Offers video consultations with pharmacists to provide advice and care. 
Pharmacists can review medication, work through a treatment plan or refer a person on to local health providers if required.
