The DNS (District Nursing Service) conducts home visits to any community member regard less of age. Aged, frail and ill housebound residents can receive home visits to monitor health, assist with administering medication and provide support. Provides Palliative Care support.

After hours: Remote Area Nurse is on call 24 hours Monday - Friday.

Rochester And Elmore District Health Service

A free on-site nurse service operates daily from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm and provides face-to-face health advice and treatment for minor injuries or illness, wound management, flu and whooping cough immunisations, health screening, sexual advice and referrals to other services.  Supercare Nurses at this site can administer EvusheldTM for the pre-exposure prophylaxis of COVID-19 for those eligible with a prescription.
