Wellbeing Health and Fitness Clinic was established in 2014 to create an environment where pharmacists, naturopaths, nutritionists, exercise physiologists and other allied healthcare professionals such as physiotherapists, diabetes educators, GP?s and other specialists could work together for prescribed exercise supervised by an exercise physiologist. It is a supervised exercise and disabled friendly centre that caters for rehabilitation, chronic disease management and aged care.

Individualised exercise programs, taking into consideration each person's specific goals and current health via comprehensive assessment. The exercise program can be completed under supervision in centre (individual or social group setting) or online via email and video.

Registered NDIS providers specialising in neurological, physical, intellectual and psychosocial disabilities. Registered to work within all schemes including Medicare, Workcover/CTP claims, DVA and private health funds. Small group exercise classes for people aged 50+.
