The South Eastern and Northern Sydney Family Referral Service can receive referrals from government and non government agencies including allied health and GP's.  

We provide short term work with families either face to face in their home or community or over the phone. We work with families with children 0-18yrs and young people by referring them to services in their local area.

You can call the Adverse Medicine Events Line for independent, accurate and evidence-based information if you suspect that your medicine is causing a problem. This is not an emergency line. It operates every day 9am–5pm AEST (except on NSW public holidays).

SANE AUSTRALIA

The after hours GP helpline is open when your GP may not be - at nights, on weekends and on public holidays - 365 days a year. If you don't know what to do, the after hours GP helpline will give you the reassurance and practical advice you need. A registered nurse will assess your condition. If necessary, the nurse will transfer you to a GP on the telephone. The GP will talk with you, assess your condition, make a diagnosis and provide medical advice.

Free Australian Government-funded medicine information service staffed by registered pharmacists.

Pharmacists are available by telephone (1300 633 424) to answer consumer questions about medicines, complementary medicines and vaccines. 

Can also discuss side effects and help consumers report adverse reactions to medicines and vaccines by submitting reports to the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).

The service is closed on NSW public holidays.
